How do I use Viva Amplify?
Lets step through a simple example.
Firstly we will create a new campaign and specify members of the campaign team.
Note there are three roles available, Owner, Approver, and Editor.
Once created we can create or upload a campaign brief to ensure that all the team members are aligned to the same goals.
We can then begin to add items to the campaign. These can be either:
- A blank template
- A Newsletter
- An Event
- A Status Update.
We will create a item from the blank template in this example.
As you can see there are currently three distribution channels available with a fourth (Engage) coming soon.
For Outlook you can change the recipients of the item, SharePoint allows you to state which sites the item will be posted to, and Teams allows you to say which of up to 10 channels the item will be posted to.
Once the item is published you will start to recieve information about the readership and audience of the item, and the campaign as a whole.
